Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns can be made up to 30 days from the purchase date. Please ensure all items you are returning are repackaged with all the cords, adapters, and documentation. Once items are received, they will be evaluated for eligibility of a full refund. Damaged hardware will have a 20% restocking fee, and unrepairable hardware will not be eligible for a return.
Once we process your return, we'll also deduct the pro-rated monthly cost of the returned hardware or access points from your subscription.
We'll be happy to exchange hardware due to a manufacturing defect.
